This position will be responsible for initiating, growing and optimizing our online assortment, securing presence across all E-Commerce platforms (i.e. Amazon.com, ShopRite from Home, freshdirect.com, etc.) and driving partnerships with new E-Com & nontraditional formats.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and implementation of the company’s E-Commerce sales from assortment to target accounts.
Manage new product and package configurations needed for the E-Com channel.
Work closely with brand and sales team to understand their pipelines and what new initiatives need to be activated in the E-Commerce channel.
Watch industry trends to pinpoint new directions and ideas.
Main contact for key E-Com accounts headquarter calls.
Manage price promotions for all E-Com business.
Work together with Strategy, Finance and Revenue Management to ensure coherence and profitability
Identify and drive new business opportunities with non-traditional E-Retail concepts like concierge services, food delivery and meal delivery, so we are able to capitalize on these new formats and the occasions they serve.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop programs that will drive online sales Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
At least 2 years of E-Commerce sales/marketing experience
